Guidelines for acceptance of members of State Council

The members of the State Council would be selected on the basis of their social engagement and general acceptance of their influence within the territories where they operate.

The members of the State Council should have reasonable experience in industrial relations, business operations and should possess a clean background without any criminal associations or political controversies.

The members of the State Council should be of sound mind and not disqualified for entry into commercial contracts or legal engagements either by law or by default.

The members of the State Council would be accepted on the basis of nominations received from the respective regions routed through the Principal Administrator of the zone or through the Board of Directors.

The members of the State Council would be accepted to serve in the State Council as representatives of their respective regions on a voluntary basis without commercial obligations from CRDI either for remuneration or for professional compensation for their services or for work undertaken on behalf of CRDI.
