Redressal & Arbitrations
CRDI offers services for preparation and submission of requests to various government
agencies on behalf of MSME clusters for redressal of grievances and provide guidance for
representation. A detailed analysis of existing challenges and deficiencies is conducted by the
regional representatives of CRDI supported by the expert groups in order to arrive at the
suggestions for appropriate remedial measures and recommendations to be submitted to the
relevant agencies. Standard follow through procedures and functional support for presentation
and explanation of facts on behalf of the MSME clusters has been established in order to
facilitate engagement and deliver optimal results for the benefit of member organizations.
CRDI facilitates the engagement of specialist consultants on behalf of its members to guide and
support their strategies towards settlement of disputes and arbitrations with government
agencies and public institutions where the representation is on behalf of MSME clusters. The
regional representatives of CRDI would also present their capabilities to function as arbitrators
on behalf of the member organizations to participate in negotiations and represent them for
settlement of arbitrations
