CRDI enables the MSME clusters to connect with organizations which provide support and guidance for angel funding, crowd funding, venture capital and private equity through active avenues such as fund syndicators and business incubators who are active in promoting consolidated services delivered through cluster organizations. Various alternate funding engagements such as block chain modulated credit guarantees offered for industrial clusters would be made available for the members through approved financial institutions and government linked schemes.

Consultants and funding establishments shortlisted and authenticated operate as approved agencies for providing investment consultancy and syndication services for member organisations of CRDI. The regional representatives of CRDI would coordinate the interaction between such approved agencies and the member organizations. CRDI provides facilitation for development organizations to review and select appropriate clusters for the establishment of common facilities aided or subsidized through government programs and schemes.
