Mentorship and Training

CRDI offers mentorship for entrepreneurs who are responsible for operating MSME clusters and key service personnel who intend to establish or operate industrial or manufacturing clusters. Guidance will be provided for establishing and operating clusters as per the norms and regulations set out by the Government of India and state agencies in order to obtain optimum benefits. CRDI provides guidance and support services for MSME clusters in maintaining their compliances in order to qualify for government grants and other eligible benefits.

CRDI would assist member organizations in preparing training programs and sponsored activities that enable the clusters to present themselves as approved establishments for fulfillment of qualification criteria where necessary as part of their obligation to apply for grants and endowments. Training programs and seminars sponsored by the respective ministries would be presented to the member clusters and facilitated for participation through the regional representatives of CRDI. The regional representatives of CRDI would also develop Industry-Academia programs to enable the member organizations to maintain leadership in terms of technical capabilities and operating efficiencies through effective and sustained knowledge interface programs.
